The name Two West comes from a spirit of direction and grounding. Like a compass, we help organizations orient themselves in complex landscapes so they can move forward with purpose and confidence. It’s rooted in place and in the women who came before us — women who set out to build something from nothing, or who found their way against all odds. That sense of grit and determination guides everything we do.

Two West was founded in 2018 by Victoria Cross, a seasoned advocacy and community engagement expert with nearly 20 years of experience in politics, campaigns, and communications.  Guided by her belief in the power of storytelling and connection to drive change, Victoria built Two West on a simple conviction: we have to create the kind of world we want to live in.

Under her leadership, Two West helps organizations navigate contentious issues, engage diverse stakeholders, and shape policy converations—turning ideas into momentum, and momentum into impact.
